                                                                HERON FAMILY

Edward HEARON lived in Longbenton, Northumberland, England. He married Ann WILSON in 1775 in Longbenton. Their first child was Matthew Wilson HERON. He became a cornmillar. They had stayed in the Longbenton area. Their 3rd son Edward  married Catherine ALLEN, after their marriage they moved to Byker, Newcastle Upon Tyne. There Edward operated a cornmill which still stands today.  There is some of the records of this family missing either due to the ink fading or other reasons. The men in this family do not appear to live to a great old age. Edward was only 40 years old when he died, his son Matthew Wilson died when is was 59 years. According to the census records Edward was dead at an early age as well. Edward and Catherine's son Edward died at the age
